Nike Canada Footwear Guarantee

Nike guarantees footwear to be free of manufacturing defects and workmanship flaws for up to two years after the manufacturing date. The manufacturing date can be found on the tag inside the shoe, beneath the sizes on the right (format is month/day/year).

This guarantee applies only if the product was used under normal conditions and for the designed purpose. The guarantee doesn't apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to alteration, accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence.

If your shoes contains a manufacturing defect or workmanship flaw, please first check with the original place of purchase for assistance. For products purchased from, please see the returns process.

If you're unable to return the shoes to the original place of purchase, please contact Nike Canada at 1-800-663-6453 (Monday-Friday 7 am-4 pm PT).

Note: Nike Canada doesn't accept returns for size, fit, or style selection issues. Products purchased from Nike stores are also not accepted. All Nike store purchases must be returned to the store.

If your claim meets the submission criteria, Nike Canada will provide a claim number and Nike's address. Please write the claim number clearly on the outside of the package, along with Nike's address and your return address.

Shoes must be sent to Nike within 30 days after the claim is opened. When received, your shoes will be inspected.

If a manufacturing defect is found, a replacement pair will be ordered based on size, price, and performance level of the original shoes. No refunds are provided for purchases made at retail stores.

Nike Canada cannot guarantee the same style or colour. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of replacement products.

If a manufacturing defect is not found, the shoes will be returned to you along with a letter explaining the inspection results.

By sending your shoes to Nike, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Nike Canada policy*, and all inspector decisions are final. *Nike policies are subject to change without notice.
