Nike Canada Apparel and Equipment Guarantee
Nike guarantees apparel and equipment to be free of manufacturing defects and workmanship flaws for up to one year from the date of purchase (with receipt). Some Nike products have specific guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the label, hang tag or packaging material for specific return information.
This guarantee applies only if the product was used under normal conditions and for the designed purpose. The guarantee doesn't apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to alteration, accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence.
If your Nike product contains a maunfacturing defect or workmanship flaw, please first check with the original place of purchase for assistance. If you're unable to return the item to the original place of purchase, please contact Nike Canada at 1-800-663-6453 (Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm).
Note: Nike Canada doesn't accept returns for size, fit, or style selection issues. Products purchased from Nike stores are also not accepted. All Nike store purchases must be returned to the store.
If your claim meets the submission criteria, Nike Canada will provide a claim number and Nike's address. Please write the claim number clearly on the outside of the package, along with Nike's address and your return address.
When received, your product will be inspected. If a manufacturing defect is found, a replacement product will be ordered based on size, price, and performance level of the original product. No refunds are provided for purchases made at retail stores.
Nike Canada cannot guarantee the same style or colour. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of replacement products.
If a manufacturing defect is not found, the product will be returned to you along with a letter explaining the inspection results.
By sending product to Nike, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Nike Canada policy*, and all inspector decisions are final. *Nike policies are subject to change without notice.
